A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment when booking and is non-refundable.
We ask that you inform us of any cancellations within 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the fee. Any cancellation made prior to 24 hour notice will be refunded the entire amount, minus the deposit which can be used for a future reservation.

Massage Therapy Services
What do I wear to my massage?
Robes are recommend, it's easier for you to step out and get dressed again. Rest assured, before your massage begins, your therapist will leave the room so that you can undress to your comfort level and get settled on our heated massage table.
Am I covered during my massage?
All of our massage therapists are trained to be professional and use appropriate draping techniques to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
How old do you have to be to receive services?

Services are provided to clients 18 years or older.
What information is required before services are rendered?
In order to provide the best service possible, all new clients are required to complete a New Client Registration form. You will be asked to provide any medical history, past/present injuries or surgeries, current medications taken, or other physical conditions we should be made aware of.
What is included in the session?
All sessions include complimentary aromatherapy and a specially curated music playlist made specially for Black Ivy Wellness.
Be sure to communicate any areas of discomfort or pain to your therapist so that they may be addressed.
What is the travel fee? How is it calculated?
The travel fee covers the cost of the mobile service for travel to the location where services will be rendered. It is .45 per mile and includes mileage to and from our starting destination. Please use zip code 21136 when calculating travel.
Parking at your destination must be provided, if services are provided at a home, business or venue where parking is paid, the fee for parking will be included in the final bill.
